Processing & Making Times

Every item is handmade in my Rugeley studio.

Please allow:

  • 1–2 working days for processing + 1 extra day for making

  • UVDTF items: 2–3 working days + 1 extra day for making

Busy Seasons

During peak times (especially Christmas, Mother’s Day, and end‑of‑term), processing may take slightly longer.

I always work as quickly as possible while keeping quality high.

Shipping Methods

I currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier.

Delivery Estimates (UK Only)

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–3 working days

  • Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked: 1–2 working days

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight and service.

Tracking

Tracking is included on tracked services.

Standard services may not include tracking.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your address at checkout.

I cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after:

  • 10 working days (UK)

International Shipping

Not currently available.
